Everyone deserves a supportive, inspiring team they can relate to and count on for specific professional advice and togetherness. That’s what our associate resource groups (ARGs) offer. Associate-driven and company-supported, each is designed to align with our vision and values, increase your engagement and empowerment, and support your development. The Asian American Network (AAN) is committed to providing professional development, mentoring, and leadership opportunities with a focus on the recruitment, retention, and advancement of Asian/Pacific American associates at UScellular. We seek to enhance awareness and understanding of the Asian culture and customs, as well as collaboration across the entire business.

The CapAble Associate Network (CAN) is focused on providing educational and developmental resources and increasing awareness of matters that affect people with disabilities. CANs efforts will create more inclusiveness for our associates, communities, and customers.

Empowering Parents and Caregivers Together (emPACT) is dedicated to providing insight, support, guidance, and resources for working parents and caregivers to thrive in life while pursuing their career aspirations.

The Latino Associate Network is dedicated to engaging our associates and local communities to empower and uplift like-minded people while driving business results. We create a space for authenticity, while educating, providing resources and inspiring change for Latinos and allies in the workplace and beyond.

The Next Generation Empowerment Network (N-GEN) is committed to providing support and guidance for those looking to expand their UScellular network, seeking professional development, and contributing to the development of others. Our community adds value through networking, mentorship, and events – providing an inclusive and intersectional space to connect.

The Network of Black Associates (NBA) is dedicated to creating an environment that attracts, develops, and retains Black associates. NBA also recognizes the importance of community partnerships and will act as a resource to cultural insights that target and influence the purchasing preferences of Black customers.

PRIDE is committed to creating an inclusive environment that appreciates and values the diversity that lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer associates bring to UScellular. Pride provides insight on how to best serve our LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer) associates, communities, and customers.

Veterans & Associates Leading Organizational Results (VALOR) provides insights, support, guidance, and resources dedicated to assisting the successful recruitment and transition of veteran associates and their families to UScellular’s culture. VALOR will promote an inclusive environment to support our community-by-community approach through volunteerism and empower the growth and development of our associates.
