Wholesale Partner Manager

The Wholesale Partner Manager will lead U.S. Cellular field sales efforts when establishing and leveraging wholesale partnerships. This role will be responsible for driving business results by gaining and retaining wholesale partnerships. This role will serve as the primary business sales point of contact for the resellers of U.S. Cellular’s data services.

  • Manage and lead all sales efforts necessary to identify and establish wholesale partnerships
  • Support wholesale IoT targets and other defined key performance indicators through wholesale partnerships
  • Analyze key performance metrics in order to maximize growth of our wholesale partners
  • Strategically position U.S. Cellular as a valuable partner in the IoT and data wholesale ecosystem
  • Oversee all aspects of onboarding new wholesale partners to U.S. Cellular
  • Bachelor’s degree Information Technology or similar curriculum or minimum 5-7 years of experience in I.T. solutions development and information technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience planning, developing, and managing departmental performance.
  • Adept in critical thinking and understanding business process, systems and tools
  • Proven ability in identifying operational issues, creating robust solutions and implementing those solutions to optimize channel performance.
  • Experience in continual process improvement, change management, behavioral based assessments and performance effectiveness
  • Knowledge of the Technical Sales Process including Wholesale Partnerships
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, oral and written skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
